Scope

The business relationship between Rukiye Ünal and the customer shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

 

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “order subject to payment” you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. In a next step, you will receive an automated e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of the order and a confirmation of acceptance of the order. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

 

Prices

We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect price markings, product descriptions and color deviations. All bags are handmade, so there may be slight variations from the products pictured on the website and in print media.

All product prices are final prices. The fees are exempt from sales tax due to the small business regulation.

Return/Exchange

Within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods you can revoke, return and exchange the order. In case of return please always fill in and enclose the return bill. This can be accessed electronically on the homepage.

If the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods, the buyer bears the cost of return. Please refrain from sending returns to us freight collect. These will not be accepted by us. In case of wrong delivery/complaint over a value of at least 149€, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

The customer must pay compensation for a loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to a handling of the goods which was not necessary for the examination of the condition, the properties and the functioning of the goods.

Therefore, please make sure that the goods are undamaged, originally packed and unworn and that all labels are still on the goods. The seller also reserves the right not to accept the bag if the goods are damaged or worn or if the label is not on the goods.

If you cancel the purchase contract, we are obliged to refund you all payments already made excluding delivery costs (except for claims). The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days after we have received the returned goods. A prerequisite for a full refund is that the merchandise is unworn and undamaged and that the original labels are on the merchandise.

For this refund, we use the payment method that was used in the original transaction. Payment will be made from our company account.

Complaints

Please check the received goods. If your shipment has been damaged during transport, report this immediately to the delivery person. If you discover the damage only after the acceptance, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

In the event of a complaint, we will pay the return shipping costs. In case of complaint, please contact our customer service. If the item in question is sold out, we will of course refund the purchase price.

In case of problems, you can either submit your complaint to office@ruen.at or contact our customer service directly.

 

Delivery

The delivery time is about 4-8 working days. If the goods are not available from stock, they will be forwarded as soon as possible.

Please note that our goods are handmade and limited and there may be delays until they are prepared. Of course, there are no expenses for you. The delivery of the ordered goods will be made to the delivery address specified by you in the course of the ordering process.

If we are not able to deliver the ordered goods, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case you will be informed immediately that the ordered goods are not available. If you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately refund any payments already made. If a delivery to you is not possible because, for example, no one has been found at the delivery address you specified, although you were notified of the delivery date with reasonable notice, you shall bear the costs for a new delivery.

 

About cookies

In order to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use necessary, functional cookies for this purpose. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal device and enable us for web analysis purposes (pseudonymized statistical evaluation of access to our website) to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).
